Instructions:

  1. Sauté base: In a large skillet, heat Fat & Fire smoked tallow over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

  2. Add protein: Add ground bison and liver. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

  3. Vegetables & spice: Add shredded sweet potato, zucchini, seaweed flakes, salt, paprika, and optional Fat & Fire seasoning. Cook until tender and well mixed, about 7–10 minutes.

  4. Crisp & serve: For a hash-style finish, press the mixture into the pan and let it crisp up for a few minutes without stirring. Flip and crisp again.
